Old mains water tank has been left in the loft still live and full of water. The tank also has a leak which can be seen on the photograph.
RED LIGHT
Recommendation – Tank requires draining down and cold supply to it capped off immediately.
Poor insulation in loft area has resulted in cold spots which were evident in the first floor ceiling section.
AMBER LIGHT
Recommendation – Renew loft insulation to new standards.
Combination boiler has an historic leak evident which has sealed itself.
RED LIGHT
Recommendation – Immediate investigation into cause of leak, and repair.
