Although sink tap and waste are functioning, under the sink unit the following issues have been recorded:
Below sink unit plinth 22mm copper pipe has three leaks which look to have been dripping for a short while.
RED LIGHT
Recommendation – REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. Immediate work to be undertaken to resolve the three leaks from 22mm copper pipe.
1 – Push fit 40mm waste pipe requires attention due to seal degradation.
2 – Old lead to copper mains stop cock will require changing, also new additional stop cock requires a 15mm lever valve fitting above to prevent stress on original lead fitting.
AMBER LIGHT
Recommendation – Other work as stated above to be undertaken in the short term.
