Containing – Sink, dishwasher, washing machine.

All fittings are in good order, although isolators would be advised to fit on tap hot and cold pipes.

Removal of kick boards revealed a damp issue directly in the sink corner. Outside of property revealed a slight elevation to kitchen wall. This elevation is very close to property DPC. The DPC has been bridged in the kitchen corner. This has been caused by a buildup of debris, etc.

Recommendation – Remove debris to allow DPC not to be bridged.
