In many areas the insulation seems very compacted and compressed, leading to the cold areas shown in thermal camera readouts. Also shower hot and cold feeds are sitting above existing insulation and as such are at risk of freezing.

Recommendation – Renew loft insulation in corners of property to increase heat retention. Cover hot and cold shower water feeds to prevent freezing.
